Dude, I just got the try it before you buy it Luci e-cig…long story short, I just ordered the Southbeach smoke kit!!! I agree with all you folks. Do not buy Luci!!! They say they close at 6pm, I called at 4pm and kept getting voice mail!!! They suck and don’t work!! Warning, do not waist your money.

Do not buy this product. It is poor quality and the customer service is non-excistent. They do not guarantee the product and they charge a $35.00 restocking fee. Do not buy this product

I have purchased three kits prior to the Luci. I have had problems with each one of them. Both with the product and with customer service.
I’ve been enjoying vaping for 2 or 3 months now, and it’s great. But I can’t seem to find one that’s reliable for any duration of time.
I purchased luci’s lowest price kit. I charged the battery’s as they reccomended. One battery it feels as if you’re sucking a watermellon through a straw to get the light to come on. The other seems OK. However, with either battery or any cartridge I used (bought 2 types),
there is little vapor or taste. Very little throat hit. It’s a sexy little thing, and appears to be a good kit. I guess if you just want to look cool and not bother vaping, this product is for you. I even tried adding a few drops of my strongest liquid to it, and it didn’t help.

I have had nothing but problems with Luci. First it came with only 1 working battery. 2nd battery has never worked. This was my first E cig so I didn’t know how much vapor I was supposed to get but after calling customer service discovered that my atomizer was also not working and in fact it should not be as hard as it was for me to get a small amount of vapor. The battery life is just a couple of hours for me. I also agre with Reginald that the unit gets very, very hot! The postive for me is the customer service. They have sent me a replacement and I am hoping to improve my experience. Especially since i was informed they charge a $35 restocking fee if you return it!

I have given LUCI an extended tryout (approx 8 weeks). This was my first e-cig. It's ok however, I have recently learned that the 3 piece technology is obsolete. It does not last all day as advertised. But the worst thing of all is that is made of metal. I like having an ink pen in your mouth and the atomizer make it get extremely HOT!. Seriously HOT. Burn you lips HOT. But I will say that I was a 4-5 mini cigar smoker prior to using LUCI and have not lit a real tobacco product since. Even my use of the LUCI has decreased. If you are a cigar smoker as I am, try the VEPPO disposable. Lot's of vapor, good flavor, lasts about 6 days for heavy smokers.
