]]> http://www.electroniccigarettereviewsite.net/ecig-overview-comments/royal-blues/#comment-575 Connie Mon, 24 May 2010 16:39:48 +0000 http://www.electroniccigarettereviewsite.net/rev/?p=55#comment-575 Well, signed up, received the starter kit, PAID, signed up for the cartridges PAID AGAIN and I HAVE ONLY received the cartridges on a timely basis once.  First time 2 weeks late, 2nd time on time, 3rd time – it has been 24 days since they took the money out of my account and after calling 3 times with promises and apoligies – still did not get so I cancelled.  They are quick to take your money out of your account but don't mail cartridges unless you complain and them maybe still won't ship.  Royal Blues seems to be a Royal Rip Off, and I am not sure why.  The supervisor said they supply new customers first?? Well, if you don't get the cartridges, you buy cigs and pay for both.  I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU TRY ROYAL BLUES!!  I was told when I signed up that the money would be deducted from my account and shipped within 3 days.  That has been a lie.
