I decided to give the electronic cigarette a try after years of smoking an ‘average’ of 10 to 20 cigs a day. Four Weeks Without Real Cigs and I’m thrilled!
Cost of vaping after the kit…I figure roughly 4 cents per cig (as compared to the real deal). Big savings over the real thing! After a bit of searching I decided to give the Smoke Tip kit a try. This outfit only offers one kit that I know of, with a selection of optional batteries and cases. I chose this one because it has lifetime free replacement on the batteries and chargers and has a nice variety of flavors to choose from.
The kit is based on the easy to use two piece KR808D-1 design, which means you get a pair of auto-switch batteries, a usb and AC charger set, and 6 prefilled cartomizers (your choice of flavor/strength) with the kit. It has been a very good first eCig kit. I get an average of 4 hours of use from a battery charge. The prefilled flavor carts are decent, and I’ve also found it easy to use my own eJuice with the KR808D-1 type carts.
For grab it and go vaping, it’s a good little kit. At 59.95 you will get a lifetime guarantee on everything they sell but the cartomizers. It will only take a battery swap or two before it well pays for itself, as the batteries will eventually grow weak or get damaged with any kit on the market! Prefilled carts from them seem to be PG based, but still offer plenty of vapor and a nice throat hit. Decent flavors available, and somehow they really pack alot of juice in each cart… they do last a while. The prefilled carts they offer come in vacuum sealed 10 packs at $17.95 per pack. This seems to be in line for prefilled or empty KR808D-1 cartomizer prices across the net.
Experimenting with other eJuice is also easy for the first time eCig user. Put around 30 drops of juice in the silicon cap that comes with a cart, shove it on, wipe it all clean, let sit a bit… and you’re good to go! It’s also easy to pull the fill out of a cart to experiment with a more direct dripping technique. Not a bad deal for those who aren’t sure if they want to get into 3 piece eCigs or special drip tips, but might want to see how it affects the flavor of their favorite juices.
The KR808D-1 hasn’t disappointed me a bit, and I could not be more pleased with the service offered by the people at Smoke Tip!

I have purchased other e-cigs and I had many troubles, but i have been very pleased with the smoke tip. the cartridges have ALL worked (I have been using it for about a month+) the battery life has held up and the customer service has been quick in response to any questions (i had an item on back-order) i recently got the usb pass-through and I LOVE it!
Great product, fast shipping, I’ve getting my orders in no more than 3 days. Good ammount of vapor, the batery works for about 9 hours before need a charge. Cartridges about a day. Costumer service has been perfect. Tried another 2 brands, they are lot more expensive, and had shipping problems.I am really happy with Smoketip.

I have tried another e-cig brand that’s double the price of smoketip. Smoketip’s quality seems to be a bit better than the other brand I’ve tried and also the cartridges are all nicely packed that each cartridge worked, not dried out due to poor packaging. I’ve only tried menthol so far and it actually taste minty compared to this other brand. The throat hit is decent when you drag it long and slow.

Don’t waste your time. They work great for about a week and then the battery refuses to charge. I’ve have several replacements and they are all junk. They tell you to perform maintenance that does not work. A total waste of money.
I’ve also tried GreenSmoke. Smoke-Tip is an inexpensive alternative. Lots of vapor. Great flavor varieties (just love Apple).
The only negative is that the battery live is a little short. Approximately 4 hours, if I’m lucky.
This is my first e-cig, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I haven’t smoked in years, and am using this to replace chewing tobacco. When I did smoke, it was cloves, so having that choice of flavour was essential.
I’m impressed with the vapour, flavor, and everything about it except battery life. Of course I’ve nothing to compare it with as this is the only one I’ve tried, but I do love it. Not a big deal if you have to buy a few extra batteries if you plan to stick with it.
I’d been smoking E-cigs for a while and thought I would try something new because my Blu cigs weren’t drawing very well. As soon as I started vaping Smoke Tips I started getting abdominal pains that felt like ulcers. I tried four different flavors with the same effect. It also felt s little like being poisoned. Smoke Tips don’t taste good at all either. I quite Smoke Tips and tried Green Smokes. The abdominal pains went away and I quit feeling like I was poisoned. And the Green Smokes have a higher nicotin level.
The product is fine, seems that it might work well BUT, the first shipment, the kit, got here very fast, 2-3 days. The refills, it has been 8 days and we still have not received it. They say fast shipping and that it goes free and 1st class. They are in Fla, I am in Ga, it should take 2 days 3 max, yea, shipped on the 4th and on the 11th still not here. The get you with that first order and once you have the battery and charger invested, you have to buy their replacement tips. Not sure we will continue to use them, can’t go that long between shipments! They should tell you honestly that it will take a week to 10 days but they lie instead to get your business.
I purchased a kit and loved it so much, I ordered a second one. The second kit came with two batteries that wouldn’t hold a charge and would barely produce any vapor – these were defective out of the box. Their response to a customer service inquiry came with no apology, just a condescending not about keeping the units clean (I was never even able to use them), and instructions to return them at my expense for working replacements.
Half of my purchase never worked and they wanted me to pay more. Fat chance – returning for a full refund and finding another product. No quality control, and terrible customer service. Not recommended.
