This is a very good product overall. There are a few little things such as their batteries seem to need a lot of charging, but that could be due to the fact that they are short ones. The charging system is awkward to handle, it doesn’t lie anywhere conveniently so I put the whole thing in a sponge can holder so the battery won’t get pushed around while its charging. This is working very well.

The really best thing about SmokeTip is they ‘get it’. They know that a person really won’t wait for their nicotine so their customer service and shipping is the best I’ve ever seen. I get an email almost instantly after I place an order, another when my order ships and I find out if anything is on backorder (the very next day). Then I get an email with the tracking number so I know exactly what day my order will be delivered. And to make it even better, shipping is ALWAYS free and ALWAYS expedited so it comes in three business days or less. My order come in just two days. The people on the phone are polite, answered every dumb question I asked and so far this is the absolute best customer service I’ve ever seen.

Note: The nineteen flavors don’t hurt either. And if you just can’t decide, they have special fruit, etc. packs you can order so you can taste test them all without having to make a big investment in something you might not like.

I recently had surgery to remove bolld clots in my arteries in both my calves. I also have high blood pressure. My doctor has been after me to quit cigarettes for years, but it was only after my surgery that I took him seriously. I knew I’d never be able to quit cold turkey, as I love the addiction to nicotine too much. I started researching electronic cigarettes and was impressed with SmokeTip’s reviews (along with their free shipping), so I ordered a starter kit plus 20 extra cartomizers. I got the kit in the mail yesterday, but THERE WERE NO BATTERIES. I called the people at SmokeTip right away and was totally surprised by the promptness of their response. They sent out new batteries that very day, no questions asked. So while i cannot give you a review of the SmokeTip e-cig, I can vouch for their customer service. Simply the best of any company selling any prodiuct, period.

Far and above the LEAST friendliest online retailer I’ve had to deal with. It seems like they take it personally if you’re not satisfied with their product. Oh well, South Beach Smokes is much friendler. I guess I’ll just deal with them!

BUYER BEWARE! The company advertises ’100% satisfaction guaranteed’, but 100% will NEVER BE REFUNDED!! You need to read the return policy VERY carefully. Just opening one of the boxes that the cartridges comes in automatically means you will not be refunded for that entire box! I have no idea how you could prove you didn’t open it, since there is no seal around the box. So, in order for you to even try their e-cig, you have to open one of the boxes. Right away, you’ve lost 17% of your purchase because they will deduct $9.98 for that box! ($9.98 / $59.95 = 16.6%) Their customer service has no sympathy for you either. Their attitude is ‘too bad; so sad. We’ve got your money and are going to keep it’!

I purchased a kit and loved it so much, I ordered a second one. The second kit came with two batteries that wouldn’t hold a charge and would barely produce any vapor – these were defective out of the box. Their response to a customer service inquiry came with no apology, just a condescending not about keeping the units clean (I was never even able to use them), and instructions to return them at my expense for working replacements.

Half of my purchase never worked and they wanted me to pay more. Fat chance – returning for a full refund and finding another product. No quality control, and terrible customer service. Not recommended.

The product is fine, seems that it might work well BUT, the first shipment, the kit, got here very fast, 2-3 days. The refills, it has been 8 days and we still have not received it. They say fast shipping and that it goes free and 1st class. They are in Fla, I am in Ga, it should take 2 days 3 max, yea, shipped on the 4th and on the 11th still not here. The get you with that first order and once you have the battery and charger invested, you have to buy their replacement tips. Not sure we will continue to use them, can’t go that long between shipments! They should tell you honestly that it will take a week to 10 days but they lie instead to get your business.

I’d been smoking E-cigs for a while and thought I would try something new because my Blu cigs weren’t drawing very well. As soon as I started vaping Smoke Tips I started getting abdominal pains that felt like ulcers. I tried four different flavors with the same effect. It also felt s little like being poisoned. Smoke Tips don’t taste good at all either. I quite Smoke Tips and tried Green Smokes. The abdominal pains went away and I quit feeling like I was poisoned. And the Green Smokes have a higher nicotin level.

This is my first e-cig, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I haven’t smoked in years, and am using this to replace chewing tobacco. When I did smoke, it was cloves, so having that choice of flavour was essential.
I’m impressed with the vapour, flavor, and everything about it except battery life. Of course I’ve nothing to compare it with as this is the only one I’ve tried, but I do love it. Not a big deal if you have to buy a few extra batteries if you plan to stick with it.

I’ve also tried GreenSmoke. Smoke-Tip is an inexpensive alternative. Lots of vapor. Great flavor varieties (just love Apple).

The only negative is that the battery live is a little short. Approximately 4 hours, if I’m lucky.

Don’t waste your time. They work great for about a week and then the battery refuses to charge. I’ve have several replacements and they are all junk. They tell you to perform maintenance that does not work. A total waste of money.

I have tried another e-cig brand that’s double the price of smoketip. Smoketip’s quality seems to be a bit better than the other brand I’ve tried and also the cartridges are all nicely packed that each cartridge worked, not dried out due to poor packaging. I’ve only tried menthol so far and it actually taste minty compared to this other brand. The throat hit is decent when you drag it long and slow.

Great product, fast shipping, I’ve getting my orders in no more than 3 days. Good ammount of vapor, the batery works for about 9 hours before need a charge. Cartridges about a day. Costumer service has been perfect. Tried another 2 brands, they are lot more expensive, and had shipping problems.I am really happy with Smoketip.

I have purchased other e-cigs and I had many troubles, but i have been very pleased with the smoke tip. the cartridges have ALL worked (I have been using it for about a month+) the battery life has held up and the customer service has been quick in response to any questions (i had an item on back-order) i recently got the usb pass-through and I LOVE it!
