Most South Beach Smoke reviews are really good. There are a few bad opinions, but the reviewers are not explaining why they don’t like the product. Their weak point used to be the amount of vapor, but not any more. Now, they have new SuperMax batteries, which produce lots of vapor. General opinion – good.

My husband and I just received our South Beach Delux Kit and we think it’s fantastic. Everything worked, the taste and vapor were wonderful so we would certainly recommend it. However, we have not tried any other e-cigarette and have had the kit for a short time so maybe down the road we might have a problem. Right now we think they are great and we have now quit tobacco forever.
Purchased the starter kit for my son who is a USMC corporal on deployment. The company was clueless about sending to deployed military personnel – shame on them. I had a package going out to my son in the next few days so I asked if they would ship it expedited to me and I would include it in the package I was sending. For $29 they were happy to provide expedited shipping. Again, they should be ashamed – my options are to pay $29 for shipping or to pay their $10 domestic shipping charge then another $15 shipping charge to send to my son. Good grief, are we all so caught up in our daily lives that we forget to do the right thing when we’ve made a mistake – especially when it involves the people who are in harm’s way protecting us. A big fat zero for South Beach. Do business with a company that shows a little more patriotism or at least knows how to do the right thing. This is my second e cig…and definitely the best..I have not had a real cigarette in over two months after smoking for 45 years, so I now consider myself an ex-smoker…my doctor and grandkids are thrilled..parts did in fact have to be replaced, mostly the battery in the longer one, however, customer service was suberb, and it was sent out immediately, with no questions asked…
South Beach was my second ecig. I like the taste, but the vapor amount is small and battery doesn’t hold a charge well. It was an afforable purchase and I would recommend for someone on a budget, but if you’re looking for a prime vapor experience, look elsewhere….
South Beach Smoke was the first e-cigarette product I tried and so far I am sticking with them. The product is great and any small problem I have had was fixed the same day by their customer service. I am amazed at how similar their Deluxe e-cigs are to the real thing. I am feel happy and blessed I never have to smoke a real cigarette again.
Got this, shipping very fast. Good quality, but didn’t last as long as I thought it would. Didn’t get any premium offersb/c I didn’t do due diligence. By some miracle I have cut down to avg 6 tobacco cigs/day and am not jonesing for them. I have a very long smoker history-over 40 years and hope to be solo on e-cigs soon enough. I’d have to give these 4 stars, so far except shipping where they get 5 *s
just got the deluxe kit yesterday so far everything works only have tried the disposible blue for comparison blue has more vapor hit but tates like chocolate south beach has more realistic tobacco flavor but draws more air and less satisfying after a few hits got 20 more days to evaluate before return policy runs out price was good and customer service by phone was great so far hope to get used to the airer taste then will definitly keep if not maybe greensmoke? my advise keep trying differnt products as they are all uniqe just make sure the company has that 30 day return policy oh yea 30 year smoker of marlboro these products will help you quit if that is your goal just gotta find the one that works for you

They have helped me in determining the brand of eCig that I will be trying. I had hoped to already be using one but the service at South Beach Smoke leaves much to be desired. I ordered a starter kit from them and was told that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. After 5 days I called them when the tracking number they provided for my shipment failed to provide any information on the UPS website. They said it would be here in the next 2 days. Two days passed and still no shipment. I called them back and they gave me the “It was shipped” speach and suggested I call UPS. I called UPS, they refered me to the USPS whom they had turned the package over to. So I called ther Postal Service. They said they never recieved it from UPS and refered me back to them. I called UPS again. They said the tracking number provided by South Beach was not valid and refered me back to South Beach. By now I’m getting dizzy running around in circles. I called South Beach again. Once again they tried to pass me off to UPS. If my package does arrive in the next 5 years or so I’ll ship it back to them. I’ve already ordered from SmokeTip. They also only seem to like favorable reviews on their FaceBook page because I made a post there earlier today expressing my displeasure with their service and it has since been removed. Just a heads up.
I was happy with my deluxe starter kit. My first home delivery was on back order and when I called they said they would send me a sub, which did not arrive and when I called again they told me they were out of those and offered to send me another substitute. Again, not what I had ordered. The regular order was finally delivered Full flavor and they are terrible in taste, not at all like what they sent with my starter kit. I called last week and was assured someone would call me…no call and when I tried calling tonight I got the music and we will be with you soon and was disconnected 7 times and the one time I did get a rep, she told me she didn’t have a computer up and to hold. I was on hold for 35 mins.! I would not recommend South Beach if you want a reliable service with an e-cig!
I am so pleased with the many different options this brand of e-cigarettes offers. It makes me life very convenient to have the different chargers they carry, because I am not always in the same place to charge. It is wonderful to be free to smoke without problems anywhere!
Well, I thought I had done my due diligence, but I was so wrong! I have since found out that there are more than a few rating sites for this product. On the site where I found South Beach Smoke it was rated number TWO and since their price was better than number one, I thought I was in. I ordered the Deluxe kit and was told it would arrive in five to seven days. NOT SO! After five days I called to find out what was going on since I did NOT get even one email telling me about shipping. It turns out it was on back order because I ordered ultra lite vanilla which was out of stock. I wanted the product because my cardiologist recommended it so I told them to just send tobacco and be done with it. I waited another week (still no emails on shipping), but the product finally arrived so I was happy, for awhile.
The battery life seemed to be fine, the carts were good (except it wasn’t vanilla that I had originally ordered), but I was extremely happy that I was gonna get off tobacco for good. So I put in an order for a box of ultra lite vanilla and a box of ultra lite cherry. I still wasn’t getting any emails about shipping and I know they had the right email addy cuz they sent me just one email to tell me how happy they were that I was a new member. Once again I waited a few days then called them only to find out that the whole order has been put on back order. Are they kidding?? A person isn’t gonna just sit around and wait for their nicotine, it is and addiction you guys. Isn’t that what this is all about?? Eventually getting off nicotine?? I’ve only gotten one email from them so the verdict from my point of view is that their service is the worst I’ve ever encountered online by a factor of at least ten. I’ve packed the whole kit up, put it away and ordered a new kit from SmokeTip.
Now I understand that not everyone has the luxury of doing that so my adivce is not to go anywhere near this company if you expect decent service. I get the impression that is company is still in its infancy and that they don’t have the personnel to get the job done right. I sure hope I don’t get burned twice.
Tobacco is way too pricey, and my biggest reason for switching to e-cigs was for the pricing. All the other benefits are great, especially where it concerns my health,but cigarettes were getting way too expensive. I have saved so much money, and love the convenience of the home delivery program. The additional 20% savings from being a part of this is great. Take it from a current e-smoker, you will not be disappointed by switching to e-cigs!
My wife and I quit smoking cigarettes together using South Beach Smoke. We each got a starter kit when we started out. I went with tobacco flavor, and she went with vanilla, and we both liked the flavor of each a lot. We both have not had a problem switching over, and we love being smoke-free. It is really nice having each other
to lean on, and it’s great to have done it together- but for how delicious and easy South Beach Smoke e-cigs are, I recommend them to anyone!
South Beach Smoke e-cigs look exactly like the real thing. I’m kind of shy, and when I smoke in public, I don’t want the extra attention of smoking an e-cig that lights up blue. The battery looks just like a cigarette paper, and the orange crystal tip looks very realistic. The battery lasts an entire day without charging, and that is even with heavy vaping. The menthol flavor is nice, but the tobacco is exactly like a cigarette- perfect for beginners. They are a great company, with great products. I recommend them all the time.
The battery lasts along time and the vapor is good, however the poor customer service and slow shipping times are a big problem.
After sampling many of the different brands available, South Beach Smoke is by far my favorite of them. I have noticed after much usage, more than 6 months, that they are very consistent in flavor and battery performance. I really appreciate the high quality. I feel much better using electronic cigarettes as opposed to tobacco
cigarettes, and am really happy to use a brand as nice as South Beach.
