Starter kits have the standard battery, but you can also buy the “Long” (lasts extra long) or “Shorty” (almost regular cigarette size, but battery lasts less).

Lately, V2 has made some great improvements to their customer service (which used to be their weakest point – wrong cartridges were shipped, delays, customer service was not reachable etc). So there is not much to complain about any more. Lately, users have mostly given very nice V2 Cigs reviews, there are just some complaints about some cartridges being duds. From the positive side, the quality, flavor and vapor is great. Worth mentioning again is the ability to choose between automatic and manual batteries (most producers have only automatic ones, although some users prefer manual ones).

    The cig itself is excellent, very similiar to traditional smoke, so my product review is 5 stars, but, shipping and customer service is so so so so bad, really bad, ok i ordered the ultimate kit, took about a month to recieve anything which was a partial order, cartridges were messed up (wrong ones) and i got the notebook cig instead of powercig (10.00) price difference, i asked about it and was tolk by miguel (customer service) don’t worry its the same thing (no its not, it cost 10.00 less then what i ordered) and then said, were out of the other ones, ok why not call me or email me about the change instead of just sending it hoping i wouldn’t notice. i’ve recieved alot of store credit for all the blunders, but here it is about 45 days and i still don’t have my complete order, sick!!!! great product, poor business plan (honestly don’t think they will make it in business with these practices) they better change and get on track

    I ordered the standard kit along with extra cartridges and a car charger. I received my standard kit and extra cartridges 2 days later (Paid for 2nd day shipping). I was told the car charger was out of stock and would be shipped later. I am extremely happy with the product. My kit came with a standard length automatic battery and a long length manual battery, Both work great. I got the cowboy and coffee flavors and both are good and generate a good amount of vapor from both the manual and automatic batteries. I have been tobacco free for a week now after smoking and chewing tobacco for 35 years. So far this product has made it easier to kick the tobacco habit than any other product I have ever tried.

    The V2 cigs are great; I got the travel kit (1) manual and (1) automatic battery. This is my first time going to electronic Cigs. I read a lot of reviews before ordering, and I came to choose V2 Cig. I read a lot about their customer service and complaints, but I only have good things to say about their customer service. Yes, they are out of stock on some things, but that should tell you something, that everyone is buying V2 cig. My opinion is to call the 877.37.VAPOR (82767) and tell them what you want, and then ask them, what’s in stock. I order my Kit on 12/09/10 and received my order before Christmas, without my power cig, car adapter, and Charging case, I just received a update that the balance of my order is shipping and they gave me a tracking number, I do recommend to sign up on their website, the updates are real good.
    All in all I rate V2cig a 5 stars good vapor, great taste (i.e. menthol and peppermint),
    and battery life.
    Customer service 4 stars, and that is because of back orders, but they keep me informed all the way…

    Ok, I read these reviews when V2 Cigs was considered a number 3 brand. Presently at the time of writing it is considered number 2. This is the first E-Cig I have tried because I used this site and it had a good combination of start up price and great cartridge prices. Overall I am very happy with the one V2 Battery I have and I could definitely see myself just smoking this instead of cigarettes… If I had more than one battery. The standard battery with a cartridge on it will last about a half a day before it needs to be recharged. The length is the length of a 100’s cigarette. They have a real long one that would probably last all day. I bought a pack that came with everything for around $150. 3 batteries of your choice and cartridges to get you started. + a battery that hooks up to your USB port in your computer, a car charger, a wall charger, both of which you have to share the same cord, a portable battery case / charger and a portable case. I received the batteries and chargers with the cartridges and they said the portable battery case/charger and other portable case is on backorder and couldn’t give me a date I would get it. It took them 2 weeks to even send the first part of the order so I told them It looks like that they were on backorder too. I am under the impression that they don’t have a full understanding that when someone buys something off the internet they want them to ship it out immediately. So I got my order and they screwed it up. I asked for ALL manual batteries which have a push button on them that prime the cartridge. They sent me one manual and two standard batteries. Getting to try both, I would not even consider getting the standard battery unless you want to suck two times on it every time before you get a hit on the third suck. When you suck on the standard batteries it activates the heating element and it takes a couple sucks to get it going. With the manual you press the button for a couple seconds and then suck. The manual will give you an excellent hit. Lots of vapor. If you’re not getting strong enough of a hit all you have to do is push the button longer. Being able to quit smoking and change to these e-cigs, it helps greatly if you can get a good hit. I couldn’t recommend the manual batteries more. Great product even though their customer service sucks. Then I found another fantastic benefit of these V2 Cigs. If you don’t like waiting forever to get your nicotine fix, all of the Vapor4life products work perfectly with the V2 Cigs. They call their cartridges cartomizers. And Vapor4life also has a full line of empty cartomizers you can buy and fill your own with flavored nicotine juice they sell. Very cheap cost per pack (cartomizer) filling your own. And the cartomizer can be reused a few times. I would recommend the batteries (end part of the e-cig) from V2 because they are higher voltage than Vapor4life and the cartomizers (cartridges) from Vapor4life until V2 can get their act together. Ohh, and by the way, I contacted V2 about them screwing up my order giving me 2 standard batteries and they had me send them back with a return form and gave me a $10 credit towards another purchase, and I had to pay the shipping back to them which was a couple bucks. I would say that overall this is a great product ONLY if you get the manual batteries and you couldn’t get a better hit with them. The only reason they get 4 stars from me is because their customer service is piss poor just as other people here have said.

    I’m giving a follow up on my transaction with V2. Over a month now and I don’t have the items I ordered that are on backorder.

    They screwed up my last order and sent me only one manual battery and two automatic batteries. So I got the $10 credit from them and paid myself to send them back.

    Then they sent me one manual battery and one automatic. I contacted them and asked them to look over my last order and find out why they keep doing this to me. So they offered this time to send me the right battery and said that they would send a self addressed stamped envelope with it so I didn’t have to pay to send the automatic one back to them yet again.

    So I got my battery and the envelope but they only sent it self addressed and did not pay for the shipping back to them as they said they would.

    I have never in my entire life dealt with a company which is so incredibly incompetent.

    Heywood, welcome to my world. It’s unfortunate, but also relieving hearing someone with the same problem of incompetence with this company.

    I’m rating it one star. I’ll give the hardware 4 stars, but overall 1 star because of the customer service. I can’t rate the rest of the product as a whole because they have messed up the only two orders I have placed. (And would have on a third, but chose not to order)

    First, it was almost a week late when I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping. They offered no discount.

    Second, I ordered the FULL strengths on the sampler pack. They had the nerve to send me LOWs and even ZEROs in place because they were out of stock. No notice, no discount, no refund. They said a customer survey revealed that MOST customers would rather have them ship quicker with whatever they have in stock than what they actually ordered… Really? Not me. I prefer to receive what I ordered. Or, if given the option, get to choose what I want as an alternative.

    They gave me a $10 credit and still defended themselves as being right.

    I really want to be done with them, but I figure I should spend the $10 credit. Get this – they told me to chat or call before ordering next time to confirm what was in stock. So I did…

    I tell him I would like a 5-pack of FULL (18mg) Cowboy cartridges. “Just to let you know, we have 6mg…” That was one line, as I was heating up. “…until they are available next week blah blah blah”

    Right away, they want to go with an alternate product – not the one you asked for. He goes on and on about how MOST customers are satisfied with this [proposal](even capitalized MOST)

    I told him I’m not MOST customers. I am a customer right in front of you. Why wouldn’t you just tell me it’s out of stock? Why go right to something you would’ve shipped me if I had not asked? Why would I want 6mg, when I asked for 18mg?

    Please V2, go out of business so I have an excuse not to use this $10 credit! You are a terrible company!

    I love the service I get from v2. Yes, I have had a couple of things on backorder, but when I called them to order, they told me it would be on backorder up front. The products are great and the staff is very helpful. The batteries last a long time, and I was thinking about going back to reg. cig. before I found the v2. I have not smoked in 2 months, since I started vapeing with the v2 cig. The product is number one in my eyes. I have tried different companies and the products where bad. I am so glad I found this product on the internet.

    I love smoking these e-cigs…. Very nice indeed.. I quit smoking 2 days ago! I have been smoking e cigs for 2 days now, And I will never smoke a regular (analog) cig again! I was smoking for 19 years since I was 12 till now 31 and im telling you I tried everything and failed! This is a miracle to some and im one of them! I am so greatfull for this technoligy and hope it improoves!!! Thanks to the inventer of e cig’s Mr Miao Nan of

    Well, I don’t even think I can rate this e cigarette since I never even received it. I decided that I would try it despite all the complaints about customer service. Should have listened to everyone. I ordered and even paid the $28 for the overnight shipping. The next day I went to check order status and it said I had no order with them. Though they HAD already taken almost $140 out of my account. I used their online chat and spoke to someone about it. They said I would have to check back, they were in the process of changing their website and had no access to orders. I waited two more days and website still said I had no order. Again I used the chat and they told me that my shipment wouldn’t be sent for at least another week but they would give me a credit of $20. That doesn’t even cover the cost of the shipping I paid for. He offered to cancel my order instead of offering me any other kind of compensation. So…I canceled the order. I hope the rest of you have a better experience with them. I may try them again sometime in the future if they can ever get their customer service to catch up to the demand. For now…going to try green smoke.

    Can’t rate the product because I never received it. Placed my order, a few days later I received an email that the order was being prepared for shipment. A week later, I called and online chatted with them to track down my order and they said, oh, it’s being preped for shipping. I said you did that a week ago. The same excuses everyone else gets, out of inventory, computer crashed, blah blah blah. I feel that this company is not ready for a national market nor are they positioned to finance their growth, otherwise they would have ordered consideribly more product to have in stock.

    HONESTY is best policy. Why not be up front with your customers? List items that are temporarily out of stock on your website. If I see this by an item I figure it is a HOT seller and the company is selling faster than they can manufacture. I would be willing to wait for the best product. Just be up front with your customers. REPUTATION is everything in the business world. You have customers reviewing your product but all they discuss is your poor service. Such a shame since you have a great product. Maybe you could try hiring some of the unemployed to keep up with the demand. By the way, it took WEEKS to receive my order, also. And again, the product is a 5 star product but had to deduct a star for delayed shipping.

    I was extremely satisfied with V2, up until my last order. I received 80 carts of Cowboy med. and they taste like a stale cig. with very little to no vapor. I called the company and they told me that due to health concerns they would not take product back, or replace. The offered me a 25% credit on my next order.
    The packaging was slightly diffrent (color) and the hard plastic white tip was replaced by a soft rubber tip. They tolf me that nothing was changed in the carts. I am out of $130.00 because these carts are not useable. I know that I am not the only one to get screwed by this company.

    I am extremely unsatisfied with v2. I have had both of my chargers break,one broke the week after I got it, the second a month later. When I placed my initial order, I got 2 day delivery…and it came 3 1/2 weeks later! I am now waiting on an order that I had placed 3 weeks ago, and if I’m lucky I might get it in 1 more week. However, I have no chargers. After talking with v2 about the chargers more than a week ago, there is no sign of the replacement chargers coming anytime soon! I had also ordered 3 batteries (2 for me 1 for my husband) and one of the batteries broke 2 days after I received it! The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the taste and smoke of the v2 are actually very good! I enjoyed it very much. However, I would recommend avoiding this company because of the amount of time you will have to wait to receive your product, and it’s poor quality. Oh yea, and the extra money I paid for 2 day shipping, v2 let me know that it was “my loss”. Do yourself a favor, do not put yourself through the same “circle jerk” that a lot of us have!

    I have not had a cig in 2 months. I had a few problems when I first started using the product & I contacted Customer Service and they took care of everything for me (some of it was my incompetence lol). My only complaint would be stock – but I understand they’re a growing company so I contact Customer Service before I place an order to double check if everything is in stock and I call in advance before I run out of filters.

    I read a lot of reviews with negative comments in regards to V2’s customer support, Shipping logistics, and order accuracy.

    I took a chance with this company based on the reviews that stated the quality of their E-cigs was excellent, the flavors are good, (made in the US. Yay) and the price seemed fair.

    I ordered a starter kit through their website. I complicated the order by requesting 2 manual batteries instead of an automatic one. I also requested 2 different flavors.

    My order was created on Wed,4/27 and I recieved my starter kit on Mon,5/02. It was 100 percent accurate and took only 5 days to arrive.

    So far the smoking experience is great and I couldnt be happier.

    It looks nice and sturdy, I got the black battery and it looks awesome. The color of the atomizer/cartridge depends on what flavor you order – menthol is green and sahara looks like a camel filter. It does feels top-heavy because the battery is at the end. It takes some getting used to, it’s not really that bad at all but I do miss the feeling of having a lighter cigarette between my fingers.

    It tastes great. Honestly it’s not exactly like a cigarette – it feels more like hookah imo. Menthol was sweet, maybe a bit too much but smooth. I like the Sahara one a lot too. The manual button gives you full control over the thickness and size of your hit.

    The website is somewhat confusing to use. When you order, there’s a box for ‘other comments’, but they don’t ask you about some of the options you have (such as having an automatic or manual battery). It’s not very clear, so make sure you click the V2 Batteries link on the left and clearly read the descriptions for the LED color options you have.

    Overall, pretty happy. I’m worried I’ll start smoking more often because I can just pull it out of my pocket, but I’m planning to switch to the nicotine-free ones which is great. I’d definitely recommend getting these.

    I started off with Green Smoke because they had the best review on the web, I found that it was ok but I did not get the kind of vapor that everyone raved about. I also found I had to pull really hard in order to get the nicotine and I also found my throat was irritated with the vapor from Green Smoke but that maybe a personal thing.

    Knowing that I didn’t want to go back to smoking I looked around and I found V2 I decided to give them a try so glad I did, after a 3 priming puffs thick vapor and I had the nicotine I wanted. I found the flavors to be much smoother than the Green Smoke as well

    I smoked Marlboro lights and hated menthols and to my surprise the best flavor has been the V2 peppermint great smooth taste. So far my service with the company has been good and I hope it continues. I will gradually work my way down to the 0mg nicotine.

    Like many others I have tried the patch, gum etc and I have to say unlike with the patch (that BURNS and leaves welts on my skin that itch for weeks afterwards or the gum that makes my jaw ache or the medicine that makes you feel weird) this actually gives me the nicotine without all the other crap.

    The best part is that even non smokers don’t notice when I blow smoke I have even caught a few trying to get a whiff of the “smoke” and being confused by not finding an odor. Running up the stairs and fast sprints are now much easier. Glad I found this product. I hope that the FDA regulates e-cigs to ensure quality and safety. This is a much healthier alternative to smoking for oneself and other around you.

    I ordered the traveler kit and had my order delivered within 3 days. When they sent an email to let me know that the order had shipped, they also left a message that the car charger was out of stock and would ship soon. When I received the kit – there was a note in there also letting me know that the car charger was back ordered. I thought that the shipping time was fantastic and the communication was very good. I placed my order on Sunday night and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. This has made it easier for me to quit smoking considering that I live with a smoker – I just pull out my e cig and I am good to go.

    V2 Cigs has significant problems in shipping speeed and accurate customer service. In the face of their tremendous growth they seem to have addressed the problems with extreme policies and red tape. Magnified by their inability to ship on time as promised they do not ship weekends, even with USPS, and orders placed Thursday will not ship Friday by policy. Seems to be management stupidity.
    Their batteries do not last the 200 puffs indicated and their cartridges are ABSOLUTELY not equivalent to a pack of cigerettes as promised.
    I DEEPLY regret not having gone witth Green Smoke and wish I could trade UP.

    OK…5 stars is hard to attribute, but let me add some context.
    I ordered the Ultimate Kit with 3 different battery specs and 5 diff carts. I placed the order on Wednesday (6 PM PDT) and received the complete and accurate order on Sat at noon (66 hrs later). At least this is one example of V2 doing a great logistics job.
    I’ve tested everything and it all works. The hardware reflects very good quality. I would liken the package-opening experience to be something like an Apple product (like – not exactly).
    This is my first crack at e-cigs and I am pleased with all the flavors (choc, van, cherry, Red and Sahara). I don’t have a fav yet but I haven’t barfed on any either.
    Smoke is very sufficient, especially with the Power Cig and “long” man battery.
    So, I have to say, I am VERY satisfied so far. I will update the forum when I have anything to add. If anyone is thinking about V2, I strongly endorse them…so far. Great logistics/customer service, very good product quality and a very descent vapor experience.

    Read all the reviews..sounds like the early orders when the company was just starting and growing had bad shipping / customer service issues.. I am going to just chalk that up to growing pains.

    I gave them a shot, never tried an e-cig before.. long time king full menthol smoker.. bounced back and forth over the years.. started with reds and Lucky’s … past few years Salems.. so I went with the Ultimate kit in menthol..full strength.. I had no intention to quit smoking, but to piss off non smokers in public places ..lolol.. btw, that works hillariously well.. They spent all that time and money making it illegal, and then I show up.. hahahaha

    Everything came in about 3 days USPS, except the car charger.. that arrived 4 days later, and they told me that by email about 15 minutes after I ordered it… so no biggy… besides, I dont even need a car charger with all the other chargers I got in the kit..

    Lots of vapor, good and strong, and I love the push button battery..that thing is awesome.. I found a trick to the automatic one so I am not taking 2 draws… you can either suck in slow, which will give you a nice mouthfull of vapor, or take your finger and wrap it around the exposed holes that allow air into the unit.. they are located where the flavor cartridge meets the battery.. look close and you see them.. when you cut off the air for some reason it strengthens the process…

    I haven’t had any problems that I can see, except having to explain what it is to every bartender and waitress when confronted.. but I get a kick out of that.. especially in stores.. that is even funnier.. to all the non-smokers who spent all that lobby money and all that time protesting, I am glad I am pissing you off.. haahaaa

    I have been using the V2 for about 2 months now and have completely quit smoking regular cigarettes. Some people have had problems with their order but I have not had a delay(they ship within 2 days from when I place my order). My favorite is the Menthol favor.

    I love the V2 flavors, what the company does lack is a high quality in their products. Since using the V2 product line I have had to have 3 batteries replaced and very poor consistancy in the catridges. The cart description says 150-220 puffs. I have yet to even come close to 120 puffs per cart, customer service will somehow try to blame this on the user. They do replace the batteries free of charge which they pretty much have to do if they don’t even last 2 months. Great price and great flavors, but that does’nt cut it for me. Going elsewhere

    I have been purchasing from v2 cigs for about 6 months now. The product is great! The amount of vapor produced is incredible. The flavors are strong. The battery life will last all day or more depending on how much you use it (even with the shorty cig). There are only two issues that I have experienced with v2 cigs and their product. The first is more of an annoyance than a real problem. Every so often you will receive a defective cartridge in your order, where there will be little to no vapor and it is very harsh. I have also noticed that certain flavors produce a lot less vapor than others i.e. cherry or chocolate. My main grievance is the shipping time. I have placed 13 orders over the past 6 months and had the same problem with each. The website states “All “In-Stock” orders are shipped the following business day if received by 6pm on the prior business day.” However this is never the case. When I first started purchasing from the company, orders would take almost a week just to ship. After contacting customer service I was informed that they just didn’t have the production ability (people or space) to keep up with the high demand (understandably so). Now that they have a new website, new building, and more people it has gotten better, but still, they have never shipped next business day. I generally contact customer service after each order I place and I am given the same excuse each time. Due to the high volume of orders, they are backed up on shipping and my purchase will likely ship in a few days. I placed an order on Thursday morning 2 weeks ago and it shipped on Monday. After placing another order this Thursday morning (10:31 a.m. est to be exact) I was told by customer service that it will ship next week sometime. I love their product and that is why I keep coming back, but if I find another company with a similar product that can provide more reliable shipping, I will likely switch.

    Just wanted to say that so far the customer service I’ve received has been awesome!! I’m having trouble with my batteries (hoping that’s the issue anyway). Had to reset the automatic to have it keep a charge and both the auto and manual are getting the cartridges too hot. They are burning out. Gone through 14 cartridges in 5 days!!! They are sending me two new batteries and having me hold on to the “bad” cartridges, thinking they will work when I get my new batteries. To get two bad batteries is really rare they said but my order was left outside my door for hours by the carrier on a pretty hot day. We’ll see. Was told if the cartridges I’ve gone through still won’t work they will work something out with me credit wise. Will say I’m still smoking a regular cancer stick on occasion but not letting that disuade me. Was told the batteries can be left on the charger indefinately without hurting them a bit even though the manual says differently. No more waking up with two dead batteries and nothing to smoke! I’m smoking the Congress and like the flavor but will probably try some others assuming customer service stays this good. I received an e-mail the next morning that my order was on the dock, the next day one saying it had been picked up giving me a tracking number and received it in 5 days from literally across the country. Not bad huh? I think they are growing into themselves.

    I bought the standard kit for a friend, though when she received it I used it extensively as well. First, the customer service I experienced was great: The girl on the phone was friendly and helpful, the order was correct (even though it was kind of a custom order) and the delivery was prompt. The product is good, though the menthol cartridges are green, which makes for an odd looking cigarette. Worse, the peppermint ones are pink. I wish they were just white or brown. I purchased the button activated batteries on for both battery packs on the recommendation of the customer service rep (by default it comes with one automatic, one button activated). I can’t comment, then, on the automatic ones but the button activated ones work just fine. I liked the smoke and taste, and there is a bit of a throat hit that is satisfying, though it seems that with the lower nicotine cartridges the throat hit also declines. All in all, I’m happy with the product except, as previously mentioned, the aesthetics.

    I purchased the Travel kit on monday and recieved by mail the following monday. After reading some of the reviews here i thought it would be a good idea to talk to customer service and make sure they had everything in stock before i ordered it. So i checked and they told me they had everything but the portable charging case. i said ok, i can wait for that on back order, no problem. the customer service people were very friendly. So i got the package today and to my suprise the portable charging case was in it. but the car charger was missing with a note of back order for it.. so that was kind of confusing.. As far as the actual product goes, i got one long and one shorty battery 1 manual and one auto, 3 different flavors. everything seems to be working great. They promote the manual battery to give much more vapor but i think the auto is alot easier and gives me more vapor.. the favors are very good and rich. Overall i have no compaints with the products. If you are a newbie searching for your 1st ecig i would reccomend V2 for the good quality product. Make sure before you order to check with customer service and you might really have to interogate them to make sure u get what you want.

    Re-Review – After receiving new batteries, the old cartridges did not work in those either so I’m stuck with over half of mine being “duds”. No refunds of course for those. They said $10.00 discount and 15% off next order. Only ordering enough to get me through while I decide where to try next. Spending more is spending less if the cartridges work! They could have cared less about keeping my business.

    I received my product a few weeks ago. After trying some cheep gas station brands this was the closest thing to smoking a real cig.

    My only complaint is the cartridges are not equivalent to a pack of cig, not even close, no question about it. With longer lasting batteries coming out, I think its only a matter of time until we see longer cartridges.

    Customer Service for V2 is amazing. 6 days a week, and you only ever be put on hold for 5 minutes. And, if you dont want to call, they have a live chat feature through their website that always has an operator available during business hours and they are very responsive. You will get an answer to all you questions within two minutes. And, Ive had them replace a defective product for me over the phone with no problems at all. Idk about the past, but I cant see how any company could beat V2 on sustomer service right now. The best they could do is match it… Oh, and the product is the best when it comes to vapor production and flavor quality…

    I’ve been using V2 for just over 6 months. They’ve been good about replacing defective batteries. The cartridges are Not equilivant to one pack of regular cigarettes. They last for about 5 cigs. When I complained about this, they said that I was just vaping more than I smoked. I measured to see if they were right, but that is not the case. The cartridges just don’t come close to a regular pack. I’ve often gotten DUDs, cartridges that have nothing in them…nothing. My estimate is about 8% of the order is duds. Shipping is somewhat slow. I pay for 2 day shipping which usually takes about 5-7 days. The cartridges are assembled and filled in China. Until I asked on the phone, I had been under the impression that this was a USA product. It’s not.

    The product is great however im a little annoyed about shipping. I mean i live in orlando and they ship from MIAMI which is 4 hours away. IT took them 5 days to get it to me which isnt bad… but i mean its right around the corner for crying out loud. Get my order set up and send one of your bike boys to deliver it dammet! lol. There are people in different states who receive their items in 3 days and im only 4 hours away. My items were not back ordered, and it was shipped the next day.. so im not sure what went on their. Other than that product is good and 5 days or waiting really isnt too bad i guess…

    The only 2 reasons i gave this product 4 stars not 5 is because on my first order the battery broke with in 60 days. The other is because the filters are a little inconsistant, some last longer than others and the variation in taste from one to the next is not always the same. The biggest complaint which is not product related is the delivery time is terrible. Twice i paid extra to get it shipped in 2 days and it was a week. My advise is don’t pay the extra because it is shipped the same no matter what you pay. If it’s in stock expect a one week delivery

    I am a 25 year vetran of the slavery to cigarette smoking. After buying “several Ecigs” I found V2 Ecig. It is increible! I can not recommend it enough, best taste, best consistent smoke. Buy the extended Ecig right up front instead of regular life battery, you will be happy you did. You wont be sorry, they are amazing!!!

    I am a V2 Cigs user and have mostly good to write. Except for the fact that very often I get cartridges that malfunction or seem to be dried up and empty upon opening. The company does not guarantee the cartridges and the fail rate is often higher than the company indicates.

    This is my first ecig. I was a regular pack/day for almost 15 years, then that dropped to under 1 pack for two more yrs. I stopped smoking tobacco cigs immediately when I began using my V2 ecig. They sat around in my house untouched for weeks, until I finally remembered to throw them away. I also realized I don’t smoke as much… when I lit a tobacco cig I always felt an obligation to finish it. With an ecig, since there is no set start and finish of a smoke, I have just a few puffs then put it down. It’s crazy! I thought I might sit in front of the TV puffing all night, but it’s the opposite. I barely touch it. By now I would have smoked 9 packs of tobacco cigs, and I’ve only smoked approx 3 cartridges. I even gave away my extra ecig because I wanted my friend to try it, hoping it would help her!!
    I have no complaints about the V2–the product is excellent in how it delivers nicotine/flavor, the vapor, etc. As far as flavors, no complaints. To me the sarhara light doesn’t taste like a marlboro light cig, but it’s still good! Vanilla light is excellent. I have now ordered a variety flavor pack in ZERO nicotine! I don’t imagine I will ever stop vaping, but who says i have to have nicotine to do it? On a practical side, the service and shipping were fine. They were out of one flavor, but they notified me by email to ask how I wanted to handle that, which I appreciated. Shipping took one week from FL to TX. In summary, if the product is good, and it’s positively impacting my health (far above and beyond what I expected, I might add! :), I have no complaints!!! I will post back if I run into any problems.

    I have been a smoker for 15 years. I researched all electronic cigarettes and saw that V2 cigs had one of the highest ratings. I decided to take a chance despite the negative reviews about their customer service. I ordered the starter kit and included a note that said I wanted a pack of the medium strength, along with the full strength. I got my order within 5 days and my order was perfectly placed; no mistakes. Even included the medium strength as I requested. So I must say, I have nothing negative to say about the V2 cigs or the customer service. I have had the V2 cigs for about 3 days now and have not craved a regular cigarette since. I love this product!

    V2 Cigs has just ran out of Menthol cartridges on six of the last eight orders I have placed and it has taken a long time to get them in. It has become a regular occurance and I thought it was just on the menthols but after talking to people I have referred some of them have gone elsewhere because they are haveing the same problems with different flavors. I got a whole batch of dry filters on one order and they do not refund they tell you 50.00 is the maximum credit they can offer for bad filters. My suggestion is to order in small quantites to avoid that problem. V2 must be poorly managed to not be able to keep stock with the number of orders they supposedly get. I know that someone else out there must carry the same menthol as v2. Does anyone know of somewhere else to get these filters in that flavor???

    I have been doing this for a week. On the good hand, yes this can make you stop smoking cigarettes. I looked at these sites to find out which one to buy from and settled on this one. I was worried that this wouldn’t deliver the sensation that I got from real cigarettes. It did but, they advertize that one cartridge lasts as long as one pack of real smokes. This is Bull, I smoked 100’s and when I did smoke shorts, this is still bull. They say on the instructions that one cigarette will equal about 15 puffs. Not all puff comes out the same even if you wait the recommended 30 seconds in between. I ordered “reds 18mg”. Not every pack tasted the same. Some tasted like a sweat tarts. I would only recommend this product if you want to quit smoking. This is my objective. Sometimes not having consistency makes you so aggravated that it makes you want to give up. I have tried gum, patch and so far this product is working the best. When I need instant relief, it delivers when charged. Just remember no good charge means any good relief. This will go with anything you order. It won’t replace cigarettes. Just make you hooked on their cartridges. But a, no tar, and all of the crap they put in real cigarettes. It sounds like I’m downing this product but, it is the closes I have ever come to stopping. Just a real review by someone who wants to quit.

    I have never tried another brand of e cigs so I cannot compare it to anything else. Being a 30 year smoker I thought this would never work boy was I wrong this product works just like they said it would ,customer service is great had trouble with one of the batteries and they replaced it within 3 days. I would recommend to order the Ultimate Kit it has everything you will need, The down side is I don’t think you get a whole pack of cigs out of a cartridge probably 3/4 of a pack. That’s all I have in the negative side of this product I would highly recommend this to anyone. One more thing you will never smell like an ashtray again. It’s been 2 weeks with no desire for a regular cig

    Terrible customer service and shipping. Product is good, but not nearly good enough to wait 2 weeks to receive and than have to deal with all there BS and screw ups. Try a company with competent people running it.

    PS I never do reviews, but this company is terrible!!!Please note that all the good reviews probably havent been with the company long!

    Having used E-Cigs for more than a year I want to give a more realistic review as follows;

    Is V2 Cigs so-called warranty a scam? (read the fine print). They are extremely reluctant to replace a faulty battery; will come up with whatever excuse. I have gone thru 3 large batteries and yes; I feel ripped off.

    Yes I do clean the batteries and make sure the two tiny holes are clear. Anyway no amount of cleaning resolved the issue. Of course the battery is fully charged. The issue is clearly without a doubt due to V2 faulty products.

    Battery Burn Out:
    One faulty battery would not shut-off; the auto component stayed on causing the battery with attached plastic filter cartridge to smoke; to burn indefinately if left attached.

    For this reason I strongly advise; Do not leave your filter cartridge attached to the battery unattended. Please believe me this over-heating issue did in fact occur and could happen to any E-cig brand but so far it seems to be the V2.Cigs Brand that has the ‘over-heating’ issue.

    The filters – flavors such as; Sahara taste more like sugar and I’m not just saying this to add another blow, do a blind test with a real cig and you will notice it right away.

    Overall the V2 Cig customer service and particularly the fulfillment of orders is terrible; it can take more than 10 days to get my order delivered to me and sometimes I have to chat to ask.. when is my product going to be delivered?, they say…. Oh we’ve been very busy… 8 days later the order finally arrives bringing the total estimated delivery to 18 days. This is unacceptable!

    I have and have tried Blu, No 7′s, Metro (Nicotek), Cig2o and others (All in either disposable or rechargeable) But I was never quite as happy until I found the V2′s.

    The batteries did not last long on the others, some that had a vanilla flavour also had a hazlenut or even a coffee taste to them (I just want plain sweet vanilla),

    Many only had red or menthol, some did not have vanilla in different grades of nicotine (I am trying to gradually step down after spinal surgery a couple weeks ago)

    Everything I have found in the V2′s especially the vanilla flavour (no other flavours added in like some) in different nicotine grades, along with different accessories I want to try is what sold me and will keep me coming back.

    I purchased a metal case (which I want to keep) But I really keep eyeing a softcase (would work better for my purse) And another standard battery so I do not have to wait when one battery wears out. I am considering the V2 Express Kit but I only wish it came with vanilla.

    So many choices, so many great ways. I will definitely spread the word and hope one day to purchase some more accessories when I refill on more cartridges.

    I love V2 products and up until a few mths ago(have been using almost a year)
    I had no complaints. The last 3 times I’ve ordered e liquid in any flavor it’s been out of stock- I get an email weeks later saying it has come in stocked and will be shipped
    And each time it takes over mth from date of my order to receive and the last 2
    Times I had to send emails complaining. I have had to order from other online
    Sites for liquid bc v2 is out of everything – it’s very frustrating and am seriously considering switching to the one I’ve ordered from recently bc they ship immediately
    and they are cheaper. Love V2 but am tired of wait for my liquid
